I have the Netflix app on both Amazon Fire Stick (wifi) and Xbox 360 (wired). Both have the 25% issue. Sometimes the show eventually plays after a while, sometimes it doesn't. I've reinstalled apps, logged out and back in to Netflix and checked that DNS is set to automatic in the 360 device settings. Netflix only works on my PC viewed in browser.
